Dr. Renee Laframboise graduated from Laurentian University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2011. Following her undergraduate studies Dr. Laframboise moved on to further her education at New York Chiropractic College. She graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in November 2014. She returned to her hometown of Sudbury following graduation, and worked as a locum chiropractor at various offices before deciding to accept an associate position at Barrydowne Family Chiropractic. A year after entering private practice, Dr. Renee was given the opportunity to open a second location in an integrated setting. She jumped at the opportunity to expand her practice.
Dr. Laframboise started her chiropractic journey as a young child. Having been a chiropractic patient from the age of three, Dr. Laframboise is very aware of the positive impact of chiropractic on people of all ages.
A belief in lifelong learning has led her to complete additional coursework to further expand her skills. She has completed certifications in Applied Kinesiology from the International College of Applied Kinesiology, Whole Foods Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College, Fascial Movement Taping from RockTape, Shift Concussion Management Protocols from Shift Concussion, and Sacral Occipital Technic. She continues to refine her skills, and strives to bring the best techniques into her office in order to help her practice members.
Dr. Renee is involved in the community as a member of the Master Bowlers Association of Canada. As a volunteer coach for youth 5-pin bowlers, she has had the opportunity to coach at both the provincial and national level. In addition to coaching, Dr. Renee is also active as a competitor having participated in several National championships.
Educating patients about the benefits of chiropractic, and its impact on overall wellness is one of her passions. Dr. Renee strives to help her patients and their families achieve their wellness goals, and live life to their fullest potential.
